These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reliaarch ("Service"), operated by Reliaarch ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Reliaarch provides AI-powered tools designed to assist Salesforce Solution Architects with pre-sales and technical work, including use case analysis, integration advice, discovery questions, objection handling, and more. The Service is powered by third-party AI models and is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Free Trial and Paid Subscription

Free trial: New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no payment details required. When the trial ends, access to the tools is paused until you subscribe.
Pro subscription: $49/month (or the price displayed at checkout) billed monthly via Stripe. Provides unlimited access to all tools. Your subscription renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via the billing portal on your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months. Because you can cancel at any time before renewal, we do not offer pro-rated refunds.
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes, which take effect at your next renewal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
Share your account with others or resell access to the Service
Submit inputs that are harmful, abusive, or violate any third-party rights
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, verification, or security measures (including creating multiple accounts to extend the free trial)
Use the Service to build a competing product

5. Confidential and Third-Party Information

The inputs you submit are processed by third-party AI providers and stored to power features such as your analysis history. Do not submit information you are obligated to keep confidential — including your employer's or clients' confidential business information, trade secrets, or the personal data of individuals — unless you have the right to do so. Describe scenarios in general terms (e.g. "a mid-market retail company") rather than naming specific customers or deals. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with any confidentiality or data-protection obligations you owe to others.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

The outputs generated by Reliaarch are produced by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. In particular, licensing estimates, pricing figures, ROI projections, and readiness scores are indicative only and must not be relied upon as quotes, guarantees, or professional assessments. You must independently verify all AI-generated recommendations against official documentation and your own expertise before relying on them or presenting them to any third party. You bear full responsibility for any decisions made based on the Service's outputs.

7. Trademarks and No Affiliation

Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, AppExchange, MuleSoft, Einstein, and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Reliaarch references these marks solely to describe the subject matter of the Service (nominative use). Reliaarch is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any inputs you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. The outputs generated are provided to you for your own use. We retain all rights to the Reliaarch platform, codebase, and branding.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliaarch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reliaarch operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
