Reliaarch ("we", "us", or "our") operates reliaarch.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

  • Create an account — name, email address, company name, and job role
  • Subscribe to Pro — payment information processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
  • Use our tools — the inputs you enter into our AI tools (business problems, use cases, objections, etc.) and the AI-generated outputs, which we store to power your analysis history and to improve the service
  • Verify your email — we send a one-time verification code to your email address when you sign up or sign in
  • Contact us — name, email, and message content

We also automatically collect basic usage data such as which tools you use and how frequently.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the Reliaarch service
  • To manage your account and subscription
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To respond to your support requests
  • To send important service updates (not marketing without your consent)
  • To track usage limits on the free tier

3. AI Tool Inputs and Outputs

The text you enter into Reliaarch tools is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. By default, Anthropic does not use API data to train its models; their privacy policy governs how they handle this data. We store your tool inputs and the generated outputs in our database so you can revisit past analyses from your account page and so we can understand which tools provide the most value. We do not train AI models on your data, and we do not sell it. You can request deletion of your stored analyses at any time via our contact page.

Please do not enter confidential client information or personal data of others into the tools. Describe scenarios in general terms rather than naming specific customers or deals.

We retain your account data and stored analyses for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained for 90 days and then deleted unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your account, or of specific stored analyses, at any time.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data (data portability)
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our contact page. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

8. International Data Transfers

Reliaarch is operated from the United States, and the third-party processors listed in Section 4 (Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend) also process data in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with data transfer restrictions, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on our processors' own compliance mechanisms — including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other safeguards recognised under GDPR — to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.

We use localStorage (not cookies) to remember your session. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Our analytics (Vercel Analytics) are cookieless and do not track individual visitors across sessions.

Reliaarch is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the site.
